Staff super helpful and accommodating - our lovely waiter (from Vietnam but both a Japanese and English speaker) was very friendly and offered to swap our breakfast the next morning from a Japanese to a Western breakfast when he saw we weren’t accustomed to the local breakfast foods. The reception was helpful with arranging transportation and drove us to the coach station in the neighbouring town on our last day to catch a coach to Tokyo. Catering was good and overall, very good value.
